At Genify International, we are committed to delivering your medicines efficiently and securely, whether you’re located domestically or internationally. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and payment processes.

Accurate Address Information To ensure smooth delivery, it is crucial that you provide the correct address details when placing your order. This includes your full address, with accurate state, city, street name, and a nearby landmark. If you choose delivery to a post office, please ensure that the post office box number is provided correctly.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from incorrect address information. In the event of an address error, your package may be returned to our local delivery center, and we will notify you immediately. However, reshipment will only occur once the correct address has been provided.

Unforeseen Delays While we strive for timely deliveries, certain unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies, may affect the transit of your package. In such cases, delivery times may be extended. We will keep you informed of any delays and will resume processing your order once conditions stabilize. In prolonged adverse situations, we reserve the right to cancel your order, with prompt communication to you.

Delivery Timeframes

If you wish to cancel an order, please be aware that a cancellation fee may apply depending on the order status. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will require you to return the product at your expense. We recommend sending the product back via registered post and securely packing it to ensure safe and trackable return.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the product until it reaches us. Items that are tampered with or damaged due to improper return handling are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Domestic Orders: Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 48 to 72 hours, excluding holidays.
  • International Orders: International shipments generally take between 6 to 15 days. However, delays may occur due to factors such as customs procedures, flight schedules, or adverse weather conditions.
  • Customs and Import Duties For international orders, please be aware that customs delays may occur, which are beyond our control. Any customs duties or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the customs regulations for your specific country. Genify International cannot be held liable for delays or additional charges incurred at customs.

    Handling Untraceable Addresses In the event that the delivery address is untraceable or if there is no response from the receiver, the package will be returned to our nearest logistics center. We will notify you of this via email or phone. To avoid such situations, please ensure that all contact information provided is accurate and up to date.
