At Genify International, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that all our shipments arrive in perfect condition. If you receive an order with a broken or tampered seal, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please be aware that a cancellation fee may apply depending on the order status. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will require you to return the product at your expense. We recommend sending the product back via registered post and securely packing it to ensure safe and trackable return.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the product until it reaches us. Items that are tampered with or damaged due to improper return handling are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will initiate the refund process promptly.
